About Eric

I am a photographer from the Louisville, Kentucky area. I use both Digital and Film with Small, Medium and Large format photography. The majority of my Film Photography is done with Black and White film on Silver-Gelatin Prints and Alternative Print Processes.

You will notice that I shoot a lot of Weather Related photos. This is because I am obsessed with lightning and thunderstorms. Every time a storm comes in to the area where I am, I will be geared up and risking life and limb to get photos of lightning and the coming thunderstorm. When I say that this is an obsession, I am totally and completely serious about it.

I also spend a lot of time in the Edgewater, New Smyrna and Cape Canaveral area of Florida. Not only do I chase storms in that area, but I also get a lot of Seascape photos and a lot of the wildlife that lives on the beautiful Indian River Lagoon.

As an avid outdoors-man I spend a lot of time taking photos of wildlife.

When it comes to people, I do a lot of experimental photography using a whole armory of studio lights and effects to get the most out of my equipment.
